ToS and Privacy

These rules explain how Jeanne should be used and what data is stored to operate the bot safely.

Violating these rules can lead to serious action such as XP resets, data removal, or a permanent botban.

Selfbotting Activity

Automating Jeanne with selfbots, macros, or autotypers to farm XP or QP is forbidden.

Use of Alt Accounts

Alt accounts are not allowed for ban evasion, transfer abuse, or currency farming.

Hate and Harassment

Jeanne must not be used to promote racism, homophobia, sexism, or targeted abuse.

False Reports and Reputation Damage

Malicious reports, drama campaigns, or knowingly false claims against Jeanne or the developer are punishable.

Illicit NSFW Tags

Illicit tags such as loli, shota, or similar exploitative material can result in immediate punishment.

Moderation and Manage Commands

Server staff must use moderation and management commands responsibly. Misuse is the server's responsibility.

Exploit Reporting

Security issues and abuse paths must be reported quickly instead of being hidden or farmed.

No Sale or Impersonation

Jeanne, her source, and project identity are not for sale. Impersonation or resale is prohibited.

Data Collection

Main bot data is stored in SQLite, while error and command logs may be kept in CSV exports for maintenance. Access is limited to the developer, Stacer Varien.

User IDs, guild IDs, and channel IDs are the main identifiers stored. Data is not sold to third parties.

When data is not registered

  • If a member has not sent visible messages Jeanne can process.
  • If required setup commands for a feature were never used.
  • If the user has been banned from Jeanne.

Confession Command Policy

The /confession flow can store confessions for moderation and safety for up to 30 days unless a case must be escalated.

Abuse, threats, or illegal content can lead to permanent blacklisting and action under Discord policy.

Access and Removal

Level and rank information is public by design, while inventory and account-specific records stay restricted.
