⚠️ NOTE: Violating these rules may result in serious actions such as XP reset or botban.
  • 🤖 Selfbotting Activity
    Automating commands (selfbots, autotypers, macros) for farming XP or QP is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate reset or botban.
  • 🔑 Use of Alt Accounts
    Alts are allowed, but using them to bypass bans or farm currency, or repeatedly requesting transfers, will result in a botban.
  • 🚫 Racism, Homophobia, and Sexism
    Using Jeanne to promote hate or discrimination is strictly forbidden.
  • 🗣️ Defamation and Reputation Harm
    Spreading false reports, causing drama, or attacking Jeanne, contributors, or the developer is punishable.
  • 🔞 Use of Illicit Tags
    Using illicit tags (e.g., loli, shota, children) with NSFW commands will result in an immediate botban.
  • 🛡️ Misuse of Moderation and Manage Commands
    Use moderation and management commands responsibly. The developer is not responsible for misuse unless warned by Discord.
  • 🔍 Always Report Exploits
    Report any exploits immediately. Failure to do so may result in punishment, including botban.
  • 💰 Buying Jeanne
    Jeanne and her token are not for sale under any circumstances.

    Jeanne's repository is public for educational/experimental use only. Impersonation or selling the source code is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

📦 Data Collection

Main data is stored in an SQLite database. Errors and command usage are logged in CSV files. Data is backed up to prevent loss and can only be accessed by the developer, Stacer Varien. In case of unintentional data loss, the developer will try to compensate affected users.

User IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs are the main data stored. Data is not sold or given to unauthorized third parties unless required by law or ToS. CSV files are cleared with each update.

Data is not registered in the database if:

  1. 🚫 The user has not sent a message in the server, or is sending messages in ignored channels, DMs, or channels the bot cannot view.
  2. 🛠️ Required commands to add/enter data have not been used at least once.
  3. 🔒 The user has been banned from using the bot.

💌 Confession Command Policy

The /confess command allows members to share confessions anonymously or publicly. Confessions are stored for moderation and safety for 30 days before automatic deletion unless flagged or escalated.

Reported confessions are reviewed and escalated as needed, which may involve longer retention, notifying server admins, or involving Discord Trust & Safety.

Misuse of this system—including threats, abuse, or illegal content—may result in permanent blacklisting and action per Discord's Community Guidelines.

🔍 Data Access

Data access is limited except for the developer, who has full access. Level/rank data is public; inventory data is private to the user.

🗑️ Removal of Data

Users may request data removal by joining the support server or emailing jeannebot.discord@gmail.com with valid reasons.
